NUTRITION How to feed yourself through hunting, fishing, and foraging, as well as best practice when buying from the grocery store.
MOVEMENT How to easily integrate nutritious movement into every-day life.
SLEEP How to improve the quality of your sleep so you can truly benefit from all your hard work.
EXPOSURE How to gain a better connection to the elements including sun, earth, and air, so that you can re-vitalise your health.
COMMUNITY How to connect with like minded people and achieve greater things as a community.
BONUS - ANCESTRAL SKILLS How to use materials from your landscape to create that which you need. Fire, Shelter, Water, and Tools.

Adrien is a sports scientist and Seb is a chiropractor. Together we have been captivated by the concept of how we can use epigenitics to activate health. Our genes evolved for millions of years to be best adapted to our natural environment. When we expose ourselves to the conditions we evolved for, we build a healthier body and mind.
We have created a series of lessons that are based on our experience with rewilding. These lessons teach important components of rewilding and help to bring out our ancestral health within this modern context. We hope that these lessons will help others who want to start on this pathway.
