Movement
If you don't use it, you will lose it. Movement is essential for building health and vitality. It is an embedded requirement for many of the bodies functional systems from moving your blood to removing your waste. With some valuable wisdom and proper practice, you can achieve greater movement throughout each day without having to go to a gym or plan a session. Modern Native will help you move to live and live to move.
Sleep
Sleep is often overlooked or ignored as a foundation to great health. It is essential that we focus on on improving the quality of our sleep habits if we want all our hard work to pay off. Our Bodies conduct the majority of cleansing, growing and repairing as we sleep and the greater the quality of our sleep the better the outcomes on our bodies. Nutrition
Nutrition is essential to health. Our ancestral nutrition is generally one based on seasonally available foods from our landscape. Variety is such an important part of our nutrition. Exposure
Exposure to the elements is a vital part of human health and prosperity. Positive exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, sun, earth and air can create desirable health outcomes. Community
"It takes a tribe to raise a child". It also takes a tribe to do just about everything else well. Humans are social creatures that have evolved to rely on the collective individual skills and attributes of a group working together to be successful and prosper. Being part of, and contributing to a community of people will greatly improve your chances of success in life. whether it be sticking to your movement or nutrition goals or just getting a quick hand to lift something heavy; it is better with community help. Modern Native are a tribe of like minded members ready to help contribute skills, knowledge, and help each other to succeed.

Adrien is a sports scientist and Seb is a chiropractor. Together we have been captivated by the concept of how we can use epigenitics to activate greater health. Our genes evolved for millions of years to be best adapted to our natural environment. When we expose ourselves to the conditions we evolved for, we build a healthier body and mind.
We have created a series of lessons that are based on our experience with rewilding. These lessons teach important components of rewilding and help to bring out our ancestral health within this modern context. We hope that these lessons will help others who want to start on this pathway.
